During the time I invested in the recruitment industry, there were boundless opportunities to custom creativity. The marketplace I was a part of was going through a vast boom at the time and continues to do so. We were repeatedly told that the labour store was extraordinarily tight in all sectors. My company’s area of expertise was in the engineering, procurement and construction commerce where the request for top talent in the multi-billion dollar oil sands projects was at an all time high. Employers, the government and the media were constantly focused on the vital shortage of marvelous workers.

The success my firm experienced during this time was due, in large part, to the creativity that went into each and every search. Had we started each hunt campaign thinking about the tight labour market, buying into the doom and gloom reports being broadcast all around us, our results would have reflected that fear. Instead, we would start each hunt with the intention to creativity recruit. Our whole process hinged on developing a trusting association from the first encounter we had with a prospective client. If trust could not be established, then our process would not work. It was that simple. Creating trust with the client was achieved by practicing the ten principles found here.

Once trust was established during that first meaningful encounter, we were free to creatively recruit. Gaining the trust of prospective clients in that first meeting gave them a sense of ease when we would present a clarification that they had never determined before. If trust had been lacking, their observation of a new idea from us would have been met with resistance. But because we embedded the improvement of a trusting association into each encounter we had with a client, they would listen to our advice, giving us the leisure to help them solve their vital need.

One such example that stands out in my mind is a hunt we were doing for an Intermediate Process Engineer. Unforgiving

Much of our serious diseases that kill us come from unforgiveness and much of our empty dry lives and Christians come from unforgiveness. We have to forgive others as Jesus clearly teaches on the branch in His parable of the man that was let off a great debt by his expert and went on to not forgive a lesser debt. Jesus warns quite clearly that if we are this man who does not forgive, we might find ourselves in prison where the tormentors never stop hurting us and that is hell.

If you have citizen you need to forgive you need to fast and pray and make sure you forgive them.

Slanderers

Gossip is telling a friend about a man whether the truth is real or not and this most often hurts the person's reputation. When a man gets angry in a line and is short with a man that serves them ultimately this is a lack of self control. When you get angry at a man that rings you at home trying to sell you something this is a lack of self control. When you get upset at a young lady at McDonald's when she asks, "Do you want fries with that?" that is a lack of self control. When you cheat on your taxes that is a lack of self control. In fact when you do any sin you lack self control.

What are you doing wrong? You need to be sorry for it and repent and stop doing it.

Brutal

Most citizen are not brutal in that they are not violent people. But we can be brutally honest which means we can tell man the truth in a non loving way which we know will cause them to cry and be hurt. We can be brutal in our behaviour when we treat a man within our rights but unfairly and without love and grace. A man can do a crime against us and we can have them charged and taken to court, when Jesus says turn the other cheek. We are brutal sort of citizen and we need to repent of this behaviour and only ever tell the truth in love or else shut our mouths.

Despisers of good

It is good to break up a fight when two citizen are trying to kill each other, but most of us despise the good thing and love to watch the fight. It is a good thing not to disunion and to reconcile, but Christians all over the world chose to do something that God says he hates in Malachi. It is good to preach the word and to share a hard rebuke with other person, but few citizen email articles like this to their friends. It is a good thing to spend the whole day of the Sabbath with God only praying and worshipping Him like He wanted us to, but few of us do it.

We should be in the Word an hour a day and praying an hour a day, but we despise this sort of teaching. We should turn from all our sin but we despise a man saying we should be holy. We should not judge citizen no matter how bad they are, but give them grace and love and yet we select to judge and despise the Words of Jesus. We should tithe more then our money and cumin and spices, we should also tithe in love and compassion and mercy to the weak, and yet we don't even tithe the money like the Pharisees did and we also neglect the poor, making us twice as bad as the Pharisees.

Are you listed above? You need to turn around and live like Jesus.

Traitors

Everyone thinks Peter denied Jesus three times and that we would never do that. Well if you can't see you have denied Jesus three times you are already a traitor. What you do to the least of My brethren should pull you up. If you are not being a true sheep in the sheep and goats parable you are being a traitor to Jesus every time you walk past a poor man with spare convert in your pocket. You and I need to repent in this area and give and give.

Headstrong

If what I am saying is making you angry and you don't like looking that you are a sinner, you are headstrong. If you have not been convicted once in the four articles you are perfect, and you need to reprint them all in a book and go and preach on them. For those who do not like me and are only reading to see how much of a fool I am, you are headstrong. Those who will not repent and turn around and live a dissimilar way are those that heard the Word and it fell on rocky ground.

Haughty

This is a proud person. This is a man who reads all of this and says that is alright for him, but I am not like that. A proud man is man like me who thinks I can preach good then my pastor and run a church good also. I struggle with this stick my chest out attitude, and reasoning I am best and I am working on it. The last thing a proud man will admit is that they are proud, and that is why I am half way there to beating it.

Lovers of delight rather than lovers of God

These are citizen that love the world more then loving God. They can best be described in two verses.

1 John 2:15-17 (New King James Version)

15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If whatever loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world. 17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

15-17 Don't love the world's ways. Don't love the world's goods. Love of the world squeezes out love for the Father. Roughly all that goes on in the world-wanting your own way, wanting all for yourself, wanting to appear important-has nothing to do with the Father. It just isolates you from Him. The world and all its wanting, wanting, wanting is on the way out-but whoever does what God wants is set for eternity.

1-2 Where do you think all these appalling wars and quarrels come from? Do you think they just happen? Think again. They come about because you want your own way, and fight for it deep inside yourselves. You lust for what you don't have and are willing to kill to get it. Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

You need to forsake what the world sees as delight and look to God, and invest your time in His Word and in prayer to Him, rather then in books and watching the box. You need to spend your money in investing in 10% tithing to your church and worthwhile ministries, instead of the very best brands and the things money can buy. You need to get by with what you have and strive to please God rather then your friends, family and citizen you know. You have to turn your eyes upon Jesus like the song says and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace.

This is what Jesus said when He said deny yourself, and when you get serious with Jesus and start to obey Him to the letter of His Law you will find you come to be more enthusiastic about living the life of holiness, and definite friends and citizen you know will begin to tell you to stop being so righteous and trying to work your way into heaven. Don't worry about the mockers, for Jesus said you are not worthy of Him if you are not ready to leave them behind.

Having a form of godliness but denying its power.

People that go to church and continue in any of the sins aforementioned in these four articles have a form of godliness and are denying its power. Grace is not here for you to be in sin each week, and to cry crocodile tears and continue to ask for forgiveness. Grace is here to give you the power to live a Godly way. Paul picks this up in his letter to Titus.

Titus 2:11-12 (New King James Version)

11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the gift age,

You see it is here that we deny ungodliness and all forms of sin. That means we flee from temptation and we live in perfect and pure minds and we are always doing what is biblically right (righteously) and we be like Christ on earth (Godly)

John says whatever who says they abide in Jesus must behave like Jesus.

1 John 2:6 (New King James Version)

6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. We also have to see that the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit are here on earth for us to see the manifest power of God on earth. We should have citizen that have the gift of prophecy that we can advent and they can give us an write back off God for a question.

We should accept that some men have more faith, and with that gift of faith can do miracles like raise citizen form the dead after three days. I know a man in India that has raised his brother after three days of death. Praise be to God for His manifest power on earth today! We have to believe that there are men like Elijah on earth today that can pray for rain and the rain comes and who can heal any affliction.

One of the most powerfully anointed men on earth is Benny Hinn, and even with his excesses God powerfully uses him to save the lost and to bring many healings from God. citizen who say he is not from God and a false educator or prophet have never met citizen who have been healed by this man, but are naturally citizen stuck in false teachings of men that says healing does not exist anymore.

When Jesus says He will be with us to the end of the age, does He mean that His power stopped 2000 years ago? I don't think so. I have been gifted with about six of the nine gifts, some of which I have only operated in once or twice and any man saying that I don't have them should be loved and prayed for.

As for me, I take Paul's advice here and I stay away from the doubters in the power, but if we stayed away from citizen who had all the aforementioned sins we would not be able to go to church.

Can't Get sufficient of the Mind Stuff

As I continue to search, scrutinize and develop mindset theories I have found a book by Wallace Wattles "the science of getting rich" to be of a particular wonderful read. In the book he lays out the usual mindset piece of discovering what you unquestionably want and as Napoleon Hill talks about using all faculties in a focused manner to continue to strive toward this "definite major purpose".

Wattles adds another perspective in the book, in talking about which plane of belief and performance we are working from. He says that we should strive towards the creative mind and performance and move away as much as potential from the competitive mind, the competitive mind and performance being one that hurts or even destroys others as we move toward our greatest achievement.

I find this of particular fascination writing this description in the 2009, near 100 years after Wattles writing of this work. 100 years later, where our world is at corporeal war in at least two major areas of the world animated major size armies with casualties in the thousands.

In the United States, where the auto manufactures as all been lost due to the lack of creative belief on many Ceo's parts. In 2009, where the world cheaper continues to be tenuous at best after 2 years of gigantic decline with competitive performance and belief prominent the way.

In some sense it feels as if I continue to think and act in the creative as Wattles describes then it will be easy to be rich sense seemingly very few others are acting that way. On the other hand, as times are difficult, the pressure of raising a family, production the right financial moves, staying on top of the goals and dreams seems to be ever increasingly difficult.

The key performance as I ascertain from Wattles, in this time or in anytime is Gratitude. Gratitude to the all, the "thinking substance" for all things that I have, and that I will have in the future. And to hold those thoughts on a constant basis. Have the undying faith that all things you want will be yours in time as long as you are grateful for what you have and have experienced in the past, gift and future.

So as I see myself developing over the years, I shall be grateful for all things and every person I have in my life. I will look transmit to and acknowledge the all for bringing future items and habitancy into my life.

I will conclude with a quote from the book about the speculate you should strive to get rich and dispel the thoughts of negativity about the acquisition of money being bad.

I'm willing to bet that many of you had friends over the holiday season And many of you took tons of pictures with your new digital camera! The next thing to do is to spend a butt-load of cash on getting the photos printed out. I've done something different this time:

I've uploaded all of my photos for the past year to an online digital photo site (which there are many, so shop by price/coupon codes) and ordered a photo memory book. I've got to tell you, this is the best thing for organizing all of your photos of you and your friends and celebrations. You could in effect spend 40 dollars on a good photo album, and that wouldn't comprise the extra sheets you would probably need. The memory books are cheap and you don't have to mess colse to with seeing the right photo sleeves.

The online photo sites make it easy by providing a desktop upload client as well as an easy to use web interface. You have your choices of book styles, you can edit captions and even pick each page layout.

So far I've ordered 3 books and I've got to tell you that the print ability is great...certainly good than color laser quality.

Seven Deadly Sins of Self-Publishing

The publishing industry is a dangerous place. I read an narrative the other day that stated the fantastic majority of self-published authors don't even sell 500 copies of their titles. Scary huh? Distribution Issues - Unfortunately, many authors do not know or understand what their separate distribution options are. This goes deeper than just who is shipping your book where (electronic and print). Many also do not understand how Isbns work and why your publishing business should own its Isbns. Yes, it takes research. Start with Bowker, the only lawful source of Isbns in the United States, and learn everything you can about Isbns. Don't be afraid to palpate their sustain if need be.

Know exactly what your wholesaler can and can't do for you. Will they offer marketing of your title to regional book sellers and libraries? Will your print titles be returnable? What wholesaler and storage catalogues will your title(s) be listed in? Are they print on demand? What is print on demand? Are they taking a percentage of each sell... ?

Speak with authors who have distributed in separate ways and ask what worked and didn't work for them. Research, research, research then make informed decisions. Fear of failure and of disappointing our loved ones has stopped many from reaching for their dreams. There is no easy way to say this, so I'll just put it out there. If you do not try, you have failed yourself. The desire for this dream is in you for a reason. sustain it by writing, studying the craft and business and doing your best to see your dream to fruition.

Gullibility - It breaks my heart every time I hear an author has been taken advantage of by a supposed editor, publisher, distributor, book seller, cover artist... The list goes on and on, along with fellow authors. I have been in the business for over a decade, but don't listen to every word I say. Do your own research. Same goes of other experienced authors, industry insiders and those who are supposedly in the know. There are a lot of good citizen out there who truly want to help you, but there are also a lot of cons who do not want you to supervene for anything hypothesize or who want to take advantage of your dream. Be careful.

Instant Gratification - There are self-published authors who want their book out there now, now, now. They don't want to wait until they have enough money to properly produce their books. Many don't want to take the time to have their book properly produced. Many don't want to spend time in studying the craft and business. Many don't want to spend time in creating and implementing marketing plans. Many don't want to spend in the time it takes to have reviews (from legitimate recite teams and publications) before their book is released. Many don't want to spend the time in truly construction a relationship with their base. Many won't even decide who their base is... It goes on and on.

Laziness - There are authors who just want to write the book. Forget about the research that goes into writing their book(s) or studying the craft or business. Money is tight so every person is trying to save costs, but some authors are so lazy that they won't even learn how to properly format their book (which is positively found online).

Poor to No Planning - You've written this book, now what? Many have not set aside production and marketing budgets or created a marketing plan. They haven't been nurturing their relationship with readers and networking. They haven't pinpointed how to join together with their target audience or even know where or what their target audience is... Publishing is a business. For a great opening at success, it pays to have plans for your business and each stock you release.

There you have it. The Seven Deadly Sins of self-publishing, but as I went straight through them, I think some of them carry over to traditionally-published authors also. Be careful out there. The publishing world is dangerous!
