The beauty Diet Reviewed

Throughout history, there has been a hunt for foods that will burn fat, heal corporeal problems and make you look better. One dietitian has written a book in which she categorizes ten foods as answers to all three problems.

The dietitian is a lady named Lisa Drayer who also happens to be a condition reporter for Cnn. In addition to that job, she maintains a hidden convention in her home city of New York. She has become very well known for helping many individuals lose weight and enhance health.

Book

She wrote a book any years ago entitled "The beauty Diet: finding Great Has Never Been So Delicious". In this book, she discusses the ten basic foods that every person should be eating.

These food are discussed at distance in the book and agreeing to the author, will repair damaged cells, deliver essential nutrients to your body, promote weight loss, and enhance your natural beauty. All of these foods are broken down into great information with an explanation of their nutrient aggregate and specifically how they can enhance your beauty. Following her schedule consists of eating at least one of these beauty super-foods every meal while at the same time following a 1500 calorie diet. Along with the ten beauty foods, she advises dieters to eat a wide range of fresh foods every day.

Included in the book are over 100 recipes to coincide with a four week eating plan. This plan will allow you two snacks a day along with three meals. As a bonus, there are plenty of beauty tips to help you speed up the beautification process.

So what are these ten foods?

Well, you need to buy the book, but here are a few that will be included in the recommended foods list: Low fat yogurt, salmon, dark chocolate, green tea, figs, avocado and any others.

Drayer also proposes practice as a daily activity. Some of her recommended activities comprise Yoga and Pilates although you need to find your own favorites.

There are any things to like about this diet plan. First, you are encouraged to eat a wide range of salutary foods and recipes and a meal plan are included. Also, encouraging practice is always a good thing.

On the negative side, I don't think you can pigeonhole every person into a 1500 calorie diet. Severely obese dieters are going to wish a great deal more calories than that. Also, many population for real aren't involved with beauty; they plainly want to lose weight.

In conclusion, the foods described in the book are without a doubt good for you, but the resulting weight loss is going to be from the allowance in calories, not a safe bet fat burning food. Serious dieters will want to bypass this one.
