Marketing Programs - Which One Is Right For Me?

Is it a High Priced program with a Big name on it? Will that make me Rich? Are those being 100% up front and honest with me? How do I know which program is the Right Program? These are all questions we Must ask ourselves prior to committing to any Marketing Program. What are our expectations? Do we believe a Top Name has all the answers and is really going to show me how to get rich like him or her?

Are economy programs any good? They say you get what you pay for, but does that really apply on the Internet to Marketing Programs or just products that can be purchased on and offline? There are So many questions that You really need answers too.

Book

Well I tell it the way I really see it and there is No money in it for me to write this, so I have no infer to lie, make up anything; just tell exactly what I have learned through my own trial and error.

There was a time that I believed that the best program was the one I could not afford. I was new and naïve, but desperately wanted to learn and get rich on the Internet. That was back in 1999. I have learned a whole lot since then. Many Businesses, Many Flops...find me a successful Honest Marketer who has not failed and I will give you my Vending Company! Many great success stories went through many failures before seeing that magical "Niche". You never give up; the key is Determination, Commitment, and a go getter attitude.

Many Great Men and Women in history failed some times before seeing success, some found and lost it some times too before seeing it and holding it. Some really Great books you should read are:

o Think and Grow Rich By Napoleon Hill

o How to Win Friends and sway citizen by Dale Carnegie

o I Got Here. You Can Too! The Berman Differential By Bruce A. Berman

o Getting everything You Can Out Of All You've Got By Jay Abraham

o No B.S. Firm Success "The extreme No Holds Barred Kick Butt Take no Prisoners Tough And thoughprovoking Guide By Dan Kennedy

o Becoming a person Of sway By John C. Maxwell and Jim Dornan

o Consulting: The Firm That Generates Mega Dollars and Puts You in control of Your Financial future By Marc Kramer (more text book style, but awesome)

Actually any books by any of these Authors are Great Reading! Using a Good Marketing program that provided me with "Webucation" (Education by Web) and the necessary Tools and these text books among a few others have given me a good study than my local University. Why? Simple...these citizen have made it; the trainer teaches from a textbook and is less successful than I am at this point! Am I a Web Graduate? Hardly, and you can Never become a Web Graduate as the learning process just keeps on and on as the trends change and new things are introduced.

Now back to the Marketing program that I feel everyone needs one to build that foundation on. You are only as strong as the Foundation you are built upon. So Marketing is an necessary element to survival on the Internet. Statistics show that only 7% of all sites are successful...that means a Whopping 93% will Not make it! To get in that 7% is Not easy; it takes commitment, dedication and a disciplined and well understanding out plan for anything Firm you decree to go in.

Marketing is Key to all of this, if you can't market you will go really No Where. A good Marketing program should furnish you with the following:

o Support System

o Tools

o Software

o eBooks

o Resources

o Hosting

o E-Courses that Teach all the necessary things you need and how to use tools, Hosting, Site construction and more, the more it teaches the better!

o Autoresponder

o Email Ethics (which technically comes under E-Courses and Email Marketing)

o Affiliate program and study of how to use them

o Ways to generate multiple Streams of Income

o Affordable with Quality!

o Email Marketing

o List construction Techniques

o Learn How To's on List Building, Email Marketing, Creating a Newsletter

o Copywriting

o The more it offers the good and the top Priced program is Not The Answer!

o Affordability and potential Are, So Shop Around...There are many Great Programs Out There!

There are many other items that a Great Marketing program will provide. You have to check around for the one that is right for you. It is Not about price on this one. It is about Truth, Honesty, and Quality! Does every 00 marketing program do that? You good think again, unless it is Jay Abrahams...and he is really a Consultant! He is expensive, but his protégées have done well. Now to become a consultant do you have to take Jay's course? No, it would be nice but let's be realistic, not many of us have it like that...my advice for those who are curious in Consulting but Flat Broke read everything you can on the Subject, Join Jays Newsletter at http://www.abraham.com and get in touch with http://www.hardtofindseminars.com You will learn a great deal here on many subjects (and Consulting and A lot of Free stuff on Jay is ready along with many other Great Men that have made it successfully!) However, do not let it take the place of your Marketing Program, use it as a resource and it is a very good one I might add.

Go to Forums on Marketing and read what others have to say. Just anything you do; Do Not Throw Your Money at The 1st program That Sounds Like a Good Marketing Program. Too Much Hype is a Red Flag. I have really sat and watched this one High Priced program while improvement and the persons complex are the only ones successful and the only ones you see in testimonials are the same ones that were in those Videos while the brainstorming sessions of the improvement of this High Priced program. My Advice, anything like this, leave alone as all you will do is make them richer.

There really are a few and noticed I said a few Programs that are reasonably priced and are there for the members and do not cost an arm and a leg to get what you need. I would make recommendations here but I am the manager of one of the Programs so it is not fair for me to that, it comes across as me trying to market My program to you and that is not what this is about. It is about seeing what is right for you that you can afford and you will be provided with everything you need. If you want to fill out the palpate Form at my Consulting site and ask me what program it is I will then tell you. Http://www.YourSuccessWealth.com . I just want what is best for you and really depending on what your online goals are also should be thought about when picking out the Right Program.

If becoming a consultant is what you desire I have already answered that and that is the best way to go...I was Flat Broke so No I am not one of Jay's, own a few of his books but that is it. I used exact recipe I described to learn what I know plus my years of this and that to go with it. Now if you want to just sell items, like Cameras, Books, Pcs, or other electronics, you would need to study that Niche and use your Marketing program to learn how to run your Business. Bottom line is a Good Marketing program will do that for you and that I what this is about! How! And how to get there and letting you know that the top Priced Marketing program is not the answer. Quality, Affordability, and getting what you need to ensue are the accurate answers.

They say you get what you pay for...well not on the Internet. It is not like Pricing Vacuum Cleaners at your local Dept. Store, the cheap no name Brand for is not as good as the well known Brand for a Higher Price. Online with over 95% of citizen it is about How Much they can make and con you into buying. Not the potential that You Deserve. It is almost like it is backwards...The more it Cost, the less there is in it for you and the more there is for them. Do they gift it that way? Of procedure not, it is presented with promises of Riches in less than 30 days or anything line they are using. Bottom line if it sounds too good to be true the odds are it is.

A Good program will Not Promise you Riches, they will be honest with you and tell you up front, this program will Not make you Rich, or this is Not a Get Rich Quick Scheme. Either you get Rich or not will depend on you and what Firm you go into and how you Promote and market that Business. The Marketing program merely Educates you and supports that process. You are 100% guaranteed to get exactly what You put into it. If you do it ½ A$$ed that is exactly what you will get back, so a good part of it even with the very Best Marketing program out there if you only work it half way you will not get much.

Dedication, Commitment, and being a real "Go Getter Attitude" to owning, and growing a Firm is necessary on your part. The key ingredients for success. If your heart desires it bad adequate you will make it happen. Many you have to think "Outside of the Box" to get there. I have tried many accepted methods, none worked, when I used what I had learned and started mental "Outside of the Box" I caught on to a couple things that will do well for me. I understanding my way into 2 major partnerships...much like in "Think and Grow Rich". I knew I lacked capital so I had to convince person to believe in me adequate to give me opportunities and I did. You can too. Not overnight, it will take time.

retention Your best trust Resolution This Year

If you want to be more unavoidable this New Year, you are in for a lot of work. Being unavoidable does not only mean being able to stand up to people, or being able to express yourself without fear, or being able to talk to whatever you wish. Being unavoidable means being able to both stand up to and accept comment as something constructive; and being unavoidable can take years to certainly build up. When you make that resolution this New Year, you may want to specify that you want to build your confidence, not have it immediately; if you question too much of yourself in a very short time, you might end up getting disappointed.

However, it is potential that you can achieve best belief by this New Year. Here are a few tips that you might want to succeed as you embark on this journey to best belief and a best you.

Book

Know what it is that you want to be unavoidable in. There are so many fields that you can be an expert in, and you might want to choose prudently instead of heaping up your plate with all the dreams that you have. Not only will you not be able to fulfill all your dreams, you might have a harder time being an expert in just one field; you may also end up disappointing yourself and you can end up breaking your resolution.

So what is it that you want to build your belief in? Do you want to be able to speak up in front of a large crowd, achieve poetry at your local bar, dance for a Broadway audition panel, or audition for American Idol? Do you want to be able to spend large amounts of money in high risk stocks? Do you want to come out to your parents? Do you want to tell someone how much you love them? Be definite about your goals: it is difficult to meet a goal that is unreal and unexplainable, so word out your belief goal directly, succinctly, and specifically, so that you know exactly what it is you are aiming for.

Keep a journal. It may sound cheesy, but it's a good way for you to know exactly what it is you want, remind yourself about your goals, and see how far you have come. In your journal, write your daily enlarge (or weekly or monthly progress, depending on your workload) and talk about what you felt as you tried to build up your confidence. Did you attend a class? Talk to an expert? Consult with your doctor? Submit an report to a magazine? At the end of the year, you can look back at your enlarge and see how far you have come!

Don't be afraid to start out small. You may want to achieve in front of a large crowd, but you will seldom learn whatever (except for perhaps, humiliation and discouragement) if you run right into the lion's den and speak out in front of a very large crowd. Start out by performing at a local bar: go for open mike night or poetry-reading night to test your audience; or start being friends with the bar or café boss and book a night to promote your work. There are many ways for you to start off small, but these small efforts will keep on building up; when put together, all these efforts can make you even more unavoidable to face the world.

Don't be afraid to learn new things. In order to be more unavoidable in whatever it is you want to do, you will need to learn more and know more. You may need to enroll in classes or workshops, buy books that you might need to help you through, or even talk to a therapist! You need to be knowledgeable: there is a unavoidable kind of belief that arises when you know exactly what it is you are good at, so you need this knowledge to back you up. best start rescue for those classes and books, because learning is not only difficult, it is expensive as well!

Find a discussion group of friends or colleagues to help you out. There's nothing like a group of like-minded habitancy to help you on your way. These friends or colleagues can be your cheering team, or they can be your network of connections, say by providing you a venue to yield or showcase your work, or to institution your craft.

Practice! belief doesn't just come from knowledge, it also comes from skill, so keep on going and keep on practicing. belief takes years to build, and with patience, you can get that belief that you are aiming for.

How to create a episode Plan for Preschool Children

The key to how to originate a lesson plan for preschool children, is to remember children learn best through play. A child who is playing is not likely to get bored and disruptive. So you want to keep them engaged, and actively studying through guided-play.

As most of the lessons for preschoolers should be hands-on activities, you want to be sure to be prepared. A written lesson plan will provide organization. There are lesson plan books that help with this; or originate a table on your computer. provide space for literature, math, music, movement, science, communal studies, and art. Make a list of materials needed for each activity. Then you wont have to scramble to find things at the last moment.

Book

It is widely reported that about 14% of the Us population, according to definition, is illiterate. Children who grow up enjoying books and story time find it easier to transition into using books for formal education. Make story time fun and interactive. Pause and ask children to predict what might happen next, count items, look for shapes and colors within the pictures. Pick books that heighten the theme or skill that you are introducing. provide fiction and nonfiction books.

Remember to provide activities that will stimulate their senses and imaginations. provide experiences with textures, scents, listening, and small and large motor amelioration activities.

Subjects like science, communal studies and condition are most well covered when taught in thematic units. With the use of literature, art, music and math activities all to coordinate.

Many activities go across the curriculum; games like Red Light/Green Light can be planned as a large motor activity while a communal studies unit on community helpers. Preschoolers are excited that it is recess time, but it has manifold benefits such as exercise, reinforces colors, following rules, and communal skills.

Include music and movement. Think about this: how did you first learn your Abcs? Do you, on occasion, still find yourself referring to this method of recall? Children enjoy music and singing; this makes music a natural way for teaching preschoolers early concepts and skills. Music reinforces and builds persisting connections.

Math for preschoolers should and can be fun. Hands-on math activities seem like play for the children. For instance, if you are doing a community helpers unit, the students could sort items that would be used by distinct helpers.

Once my vital asked my students, about science experiments and they had no idea what he was talking about. We mostly did them as studying centers which they oftentimes called play centers!

Have an idea of how long you need to cover each lesson. Don't forgo a teachable moment just to stick to the plan. If a child seems extra concerned in something, it can become an entire lesson in and of its self. Even if it is something you have to research, and plan for, the rewards are commonly well worth it.

A well structured lesson plan, full of fun hands-on activities, will keep your preschoolers engaged and on task. A central theme will help invent subjects and provide cross-curriculum connections.

"The Spirit" Movie relate

Can camp and caricatures get tiresome? Well, yeah, they can.

If that's all there is.

Book

"The Spirit" shows that not all comic strips translate well to the big screen. Batman, recollect, had all those great toys to play off against The Joker. And Batman was blessed with consistently witty dialogue. But Frank Miller's exertion at throwing the late great Will Eisner's The Spirit onto the screen is never as large as its artwork tries to make it. His "Sin City" or a few years ago was genius; The Spirit is less so.

All the while as his gaglines are struggling for real laughs, his painted women are naturally enlarged cartoons. While I'm a great fan of bizarre optic comedy on screen, I found myself getting bored with visuals whose garish artistry in effect flowed with peak creativity in hue and calculated mood-inducing tones, but whose vigor and involvement level remained disturbingly level. In a word, I kept waiting for a jolt from the optic dynamics, with which "Sin City" was replete.

And the plot? dinky intrinsic humor here. Nothing catchy about it anyway -- probably not even intended to be so -- therefore we're looking in any place for some fun. The point in the film's letdown is obvious: On the paper comic book page, The Spirit was quite the eye-catcher, because Will Eisner's images could overflow and virtually explode off the dinky cartoonists' panels. They were bigger than the print layout. On screen, however, they're smaller, and they've not been noticed for that limitation in the case of The Spirit. In his total persona, he doesn't have as much going for him as the other super-heroes.

Some historical perspective first:

Will Eisner was the most famous comic book cartoonist of all time. While serious markets for comic books started in the 1930s (comic strips had first been known in the mid-19th century) it was Will Eisner's famous "The Spirit" that was a Sunday morning landmark of the American culture for 12 years.

On June 2, 1940, the young Eisner put together, for newspaper editors who were anxious to compete with comic books, this 7-page then 8-page strip. The Sunday supplement would soon come to be 16 pages and would comprise two more Eisner creations, "Lady Luck" and "Mr. Mystic."

But it was The Spirit which would come to be the challenging mainstay, featuring a Batman-like urban crimefighter, fully vulnerable to bullets and quite mortal but with derring-do action and shadowy moves with which baddies just could not compete. His alter-ego was everyday-man Denny Colt who every person had notion was dead. The feminine interests were three: the gorgeous and challenging Ellen Dolan who was daughter to the chief of police, the challenging jewel thief Sand Saref, and the sexiest woman on earth, the international bad girl P'Gell (sadly for us guys, not included in the film).

The Spirit's sidekick was Ebony White, an orphaned African American child, The Spirit's surrogate son (also not in the film).

The exploits of this masked hero -- whose base was situated under the tombstone of Denny Colt, a rookie cop who was notion to be deceased -- took place within the murky alleys of the dark, this tone very much in retention with the dark motifs of the movies of Humphrey Bogart, George Raft and The Thin Man.

His characters in Central City were regularly the dinky people, those overlooked as life's moments go by. And The Spirit himself seemed surrounded by the natural comedy of life, even as he was often bumped nearby and machine-gunned, not to say being quite perplexed by gorgeous women.

But it was the style of Eisner's The Spirit that was so startling. This consummately imaginative, garishly expressive cartoonist would go on to come to be the chief artist of the 1951 - 58 Mad Comics (precursor to Mad Magazine). He was the first comic strip artist to let his characters and his action burst out of the strip's panel borders, surging out over the page. No one had ever entertained that idea before. Lowly in today's comics, this was quite the innovation in his time. Eisner then went on to form the comic book characters Uncle Sam, Blackhawk, Sheena and many others. The Eisner Award, the Oscar of the comic book industry, is named after him.

So then, "The Spirit" the movie.

His arch-enemy in this part is the Octopus (Samuel L. Jackson), a cold-hearted villain of pure destructive intent. As he seeks immortality, he sees his mission as first wiping out The Spirit's favorite Central City. The Spirit will pursue The Octopus straight through the deep recesses, the dark alleys, the wet and dank caverns of the night. Complicated will be discrete sexy beauties: the ever demanding no-nonsense Ellen Dolan (Sarah Paulson), the punk, frigid and saucy secretary Silken Floss (Scarlett Johansson), the treacherous nightclub dancer Plaster of Paris (Paz Vega), the phantom siren Lorelei (Jaime King) and the sexy cop Morgenstern (Stana Katic).

Finally, and hardly the least, is The Spirit's vexing love object, Sand Saref (Eva Mendes), the world-class jewel thief, a good girl gone bad. He can save her, or she can kill him. Who knows which? (As mentioned, the ultimately sexy P'Gell, from the traditional comics, is not in the film.)

If you never saw "Sin City" this might be a bit of a treat for you. It's art for sure. Very flamboyant, very eccentric, with some real unusual cartoon moods of the inner city.

Dark Spells: Four Books Review

Dark Spells: Four Books Overview

Boxed set of four bestselling supernatural novels of mystery and suspense, including:

CURSED
Albert Shipway is an ordinary guy, an insurance negotiator who likes booze and women and never having to say he’s sorry. And he thinks this is just another day, another lunch, another order of kung pao chicken. Little does he know that he’s about to meet a little old lady who knows his greatest fear. A little old lady who knows what’s hiding in his heart. A little old lady who dishes up a big stew of supernatural revenge, with ingredients as follows: First you take one psychotic ex from a family of serial killers. Next add a pinch or two of an irrational childhood fear. Now thoroughly mix in an angry sister, a life-stealing great-granddad, and a notorious mass murderer—who happens to be dead but doesn’t know it. Let it stew and froth and bubble thoroughly....In just a matter of minutes, Albert’s life turns upside down and he enters a world where magic and evil lurk beneath the fabric of Southern California. And all his choices have brewed a perfect storm of broken hearts, broken promises, shattered families, and a couple of tiny problems. Namely, killer mice and a baby. Albert Shipway is finally getting a chance to right some wrongs. That is, if it's not too late.

GHOST COLLEGE
First in a new series featuring paranormal investigators Ellen and Monty Drew. Ellen claims to possess a sixth sense but Monty, a former P.I., only believes what he can see. She views their work as a sacred mission while Monty just wants a happy wife and a paycheck. Then the Drews are summoned to a Southern California bible college after workers report hearing mysterious voices at night. When they encounter the unhappy ghost of a young girl, Monty's skepticism is shaken, but he resolves to help his wife free the trapped spirit. Their search uncovers the Latin phrase "Non omnis moriar"—not all of me shall die—and they learn more about the site's history as a Catholic school destroyed by an earthquake. But a mysterious presence has plans of its own for the young ghost, and Monty and Ellen must go head to head with a Dark Master that's had more than a century of practice in demonic deeds. Now Monty must leave his body to do battle with the Dark Master, and he's not sure Ellen will be able to bring him back in one piece. He's not even sure what's happening is real. All he knows is that all hell is breaking loose and he's taking a crash course where an "F" means eternal damnation.

THE VAMPIRE CLUB
The first in a series that features The Vampire Club, a group of lovable, laughable, larcenous college students turned vampire hunters. Over 150 years ago, a man was killed with a silver bullet in a rural, Pennsylvanian town. A man who just might be a vampire. The Vampire Club, a group of misfits who meet regularly in the basement of Western Virginia University’s library, think that they might have found their first documented case of a real vampire. Better yet, the Club thinks that the vampire might still be alive to this day, lying comatose in a hidden grave. And this is good news indeed for a group of vampire lovers. The hunt begins, and as they close in on their immortal prize, they soon realize that they aren’t the only ones interested in the vampire; indeed, a powerful group of killers will use whatever means possible to keep the vampire permanently in its grave.

BAD BLOOD
They call him Spider. And people come to him when they have a problem. So when teenager Parker Cole approaches Spider at night school, he figures she’s just another problem waiting to happen. But then she tells him about her father, who runs a cult called Cloudland based at the foot of mystical Mount Shasta, California. And then she tells Spider about her best friend, who is now dead, her body completely drained of blood. Spider wonders if the death is the work of a fellow vampire...or if he’s now the target of a sinister game designed to lure him to Cloudland, where darker mysteries await.

Northern Exposure: Compass Brothers, Book 1 Overview

All roads lead home when that’s where you’ve left your heart.

Compass Brothers, Book 1

Silas Compton always had his eye on Lucy, the veterinarian’s daughter. He was even content to wait for the girl of his dreams to grow up before getting anywhere near her with his family’s double-edged legacy.

Waiting around led to fooling around with his best friend—and an impulsive eruption of desire that Lucy’s innocent eyes weren’t meant to see. Figuring Compton Pass wasn’t big enough for either the three of them or the pain he’d caused, Silas let loose his tightly reined wanderlust and headed for Alaska.

Ten years later, when an oil rig accident sends him home, he braces himself for the reopening of old wounds. Instead he finds himself in the care—and welcoming arms—of Lucy and Colby, whose marriage has plenty of room for the man they both still love. And forgive with all their hearts.

As things start to unravel at Compass Ranch, Silas must dig deep for the strength to assume his rightful place in the Compton family…and lay the foundation for a future with his lovers. If he can forgive himself.

Warning: This book is overflowing with sexy cowboys who like to saddle up and ride each other as well as the woman of their dreams. The likelihood of becoming addicted to their ranch family is high. With three more stories yet to come, beware. You won’t be able to read just one!

How To pick A conference To Attend Or Book To Read

Many people desire to improve their lives. And the fastest way is through reading books and attending seminars. All colse to the globe books are written dealing with distinct aspects of self improvement, discoveries, new trends etc. Seminars are also organized to deal with one company occasion or the other that you can take advantage of. Did I hear person say but 'I have read books and attended quite some seminars and I have nothing to truly show for all the knowledge I have.'

Most times, reading a book or attending a argument is not enough. Dr Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase says "What you know is of no value to you unless you apply it, that is, put it to practical use.

Book

Unfortunately, this is what many people colse to the world, who desire to turn their lives, are leaving undone. They read books and manuals, attend seminars, get ideas and tips from their mentors and fetch almost all the recommended tools for achieving success. But they fail to apply the things they learn. And they expect a miracle to happen. No, it won't. You must apply what you know before you can see the result. Period! "

I have proof that Dr Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase is right on this.

From the time my husband and I took the decision to attend seminars at Sadc, Nigeria, we had to first settle what our goal was. What do we want to do? When we had an answer, this carefully the kind of seminars we wanted to attend at Sadc. It carefully the kind of books we read. We call this "targeted seminars" and "targeted books,' respectively." And we started attending this "targeted seminars." We did not allow finances to deter us. We strategized. Today we are convinced we are thoughprovoking in the right direction. We have even begun a new company that appears to have great prospects. To begin to get results from seminars you will attend henceforth do the following:

1. Ask yourself what you want to do in life? Write down your goal.

2. What kind of instruction do you need to achieve that goal? Write out the kind of instruction you may need. For instance, if you want to teach people about success, you will have to learn how to do so by reading the right kind of books, attending the standard seminars etc. In this case, the kind of instruction you would be seeing for is one on how to invent seminars, how to be a flourishing bookseller or how to be a best selling Author. How to use screen capture. How to write an e-book. How to market your stock or aid e.t.c. You get the idea?

3. Check if any assosication does any argument or sell books that are connected to what you have written above. Then settle how you would want to plan for these seminars or books. Write down how many seminars you can attend within a given time frame. And how many books you can buy within a given time frame.

4. Start saving towards the seminar(s) you desire to attend. And the book(s) you want to buy. For instance, if the particular argument you are seeing at cost 0.00, you can save a day towards it. And in less than four months you would have the money for the seminar. All you need is to know when the argument will come up and start saving ahead of time. If it is free, it is for you to save your transport fare. This same method can be used towards the buy of a book. Or any other item for that matter.

So, just start writing out the relevant seminars you need to attend for the remaining part of this year and start saving today towards attending. Is a book you desire? Then do the same.

Remember, you are created to succeed but only if you Take activity Today!

Book Summary: Difficult Conversations - How to Discuss What Matters Most - By Douglas Stone

I decided to profile this book because it is packed with relevant facts on handling Difficult Conversations. Difficult Conversations happen in all areas of life - think about your relationships and work. This book is very relevant if you are responsible for other people. I advise extremely you read it if you are a leader and/or a manager of any group. What makes these conversations so hard to face is the fear of the consequences - either we raise the issue or try to avoid it. These conversations are approximately never about getting the facts right. They are about conflicting perceptions, interpretations, and values. They are not about what is true; they are about what is important.

Why is this foremost to me?

Book

Whether you are dealing with an underperforming employee, negotiating with a client or disagreeing with your spouse, we endeavor or avoid difficult conversations every day.

The book is relevant in comprehension why we avoid these conversations and give us comprehension into how to handle them correctly. Especially for the organizational leaders listening to this summary, the following is true: The quality to handle difficult conversations well is a prerequisite to organizational change and adaptation. Companies that foster these communications skills as core competence for leaders will leave their competition in the dust.

Each difficult Conversation is literally three conversations:

1) The "What Happened?" Conversation - Most difficult conversations are about disagreements to what happened, who's right, who said what, who did what and who is to blame. We often fail to question one crucial assumption upon which our whole stance in the conversation is built: I am right, you are wrong. This straightforward assumption causes endless grief.

2) The Feelings Conversation - Every difficult conversation involves feelings. Are my feelings valid, Should I respond or deny them, put them on the table or check them at the door? What about the other person's feelings. What if they are angry or hurt?

3) The Identity Conversation - This is the internal conversation we have to ourselves about what this situation means to us. Are we competent or incompetent? Are we a good man or bad person? Are we lovable or unlovable?

The three conversations are foremost but for the sake of time we will dive in deeper on the "What happened?" conversation.

1. Stop arguing about who is right and observe each other's stories - As we do this, it is foremost to understand why we have separate stories in the first place. 1. We have separate facts 2. We have separate interpretations 3. Our conclusions reflect self-interest. If we move from certainty to curiosity then we will garner true comprehension and move to a learning conversation which we will cover in the next section.

2. Don't assume they meant it - disentangle intent from impact. Intentions strongly sway our judgments of others: If man intended to hurt us, we judge them more harshly than if they hurt us by mistake. Ask yourself three questions to clarify: 1. Actions: What did the other man literally say or do? 2. Impact: What was the impact of this on me? 3.) Assumption: Based on the impact, what assumption am I production about what the other man intended? Hold your assumptions as a hypothesis and share the impact on you and question about their intentions.

3. Abandon Blame: Map the contribution ideas - Focusing on blame is a bad idea because it inhibits our quality to learn what's literally causing the problem and to do anyone meaningful to accurate it. Blame is about judging and contribution is about understanding. comprehension is the key to problem solving and resolving difficult conversations to a satisfactory outcome.

There are 6 areas of the learning conversation that are relevant but we will focus on the top three.

1. What's the purpose? When to Raise it and When to let go. Do we bring up the issue or let it go? This is an art form in itself. You need to know when to pick your battles. There is an old saying - It is not worth it to win the battle if you are going to lose the war. Before you raise the issue, work straight through the three conversations and put yourself in the other person's shoes. Also, is there another way to solve the problem without the conversation? Remember that action speaks louder than words so your actions could solve the problem without the conflict.

2. Begin from the Third story - Think like a mediator that has no emotional ties. Thinking objectively from the exterior gives you a true photo of what is going on. If you think from the standpoint of having no stake in the outcome then you can be very objective in your thinking.

3. learning - Listen from the inside out - This is literally the most foremost aspect of the whole book in my humble opinion. Your quality to actively listen makes it much easier to have great relationships and solve problems. Active listening requires what I call "whole body listening". You need to be present and focused on the other person. This gives you the true quality to understand their point of view fully. Remember comprehension does not necessarily mean agreeing with the other person. The learning that will happen straight through active listening will lead to determined outcomes most of the time.

I hope you have found this short summary useful. The key to any new idea is to work it into your daily routine until it becomes habit. Habits form in as minuscule as 21 days. One thing to work on is active listening. Make this a habit and you will be pleasantly surprised how it will enhance your relationships. To do this, simply listen with your whole body. Example: If you are chatting with somebody, then stop typing on the computer or texting or fiddling with something else. Give them your undivided attention. Good luck and let me know how this works out for you.

Best-Selling Author Asks, How Do You Autograph an E-Book?

At one of my most memorable book signings, I had just ended speaking to a group of 450 managers. Each had been provided a copy of one of my books, and it took me a good half-hour to inscribe autographs to those that patiently stood in line.

That happy scene came to mind I was just reflecting on some guidance I gave to an aspiring author.

Book

I recommend she start the journey into print and credit by publishing an e-book. Build a track record with one of those, and then pitch a bricks-mortar-and-paper publisher on transforming the piece into something tangible.

Separately, I mentioned she should tell publishers that she performs before "live" audiences, which would make avid book buyers in the foyers of various venues.

Then it hit me. You can't Autograph an e-book, can you? This is one of the medium's major drawbacks. As an author of hard-copy volumes, some of which have reached best-seller status, I can tell you much of the allure of purchasing a speaker's tome is that it is a memento.

You can pull it off a shelf, or even display it in a neat tabletop bracket, so your friends and colleagues can be impressed that you got up close and personal with man at least slowly prominent. There's the signature to prove it, and the personal dedication, to You! You can pass that volume down to your grandkids, and beyond, and it may gain importance and even extrinsic value with the passing decades.

An e-book will in all likelihood never be prized as a "first edition." Nor can it de facto come to be a "rare" book, either, as long as it can be preserved in electronic storehouse systems, which come to be ever cheaper.

We can't tout an e-book as being in "excellent condition," either. Indeed, most of the characteristics that lend books an aura or credit and uniqueness tend to vanish when they come to be digital, only. At one of my most memorable book signings, I had just ended speaking to a group of 450 managers. Each had been provided a copy of one of my books, and it took me a good half-hour to inscribe autographs to those that patiently stood in line.

E-books will be with us for a long time to come. Yet, will they ever serve as reminders of special events or meaningful encounters the way accepted books do? Authors aren't the only habitancy to inscribe dedications in books. We do the same thing for friends and loved ones when we give them as gifts. The fact that we cannot autograph e-books doesn't necessarily consign them to failure. It just makes accepted volumes that much more requisite and admirable, by comparison.

Charlie Nelson and His itsybitsy Red Book of Self Defense Authentic World War Ii Close Combat legacy

Today it seems like there's a martial arts school on every block and many of them are of dubious quality. Most of the students are children, and they're taught some form of combat sport. Some schools offer self defense training or promise a good workout, but few teach real combat martial arts. There was a time though when population did learn the practical skills they needed to survive a real street fight. Among the few instructors who truly understood combat martial arts and self defense was Charlie Nelson who took what he learned while World War Ii, and used it get ready the midpoint population for hand to hand combat.

Charlie Nelson's story begins in north New York where he grew up in a Catholic orphanage, and he joined the United States nautical Corp at the age of 19. While with the Marines he would receive the best close combat study possible. Before any close combat training, Charlie was good boxer. The first chance he had he joined nautical boxing team. This is when he learned from Colonel Anthony Drexel Biddle who had trained Marines in hand to hand combat for World War I. Biddle, and was teaching Fbi agents at Quantico at the time.

Book

As fate would have it, while at Quantico, Nelson would bunk with John Styers an specialist in blade combat who would later author Cold Steel an excellent book on close combat with weapons. It was probably here that Nelson first learned the truth about self defense that would shape his life long view on combat; a street fight is fully different animal than a sports match.

Colonel Biddle wouldn't be Nelson's only trainer while in the Marines though. He would train with Sergeant Patrick Kelly who had served with the Fourth Marines stationed in China. Kelly had trained under Dermott O'Neill who also served in the city of Shanghai which at the time had the well earned prestige as the most violent city in the world. The Marines along with soldiery and police officers from many other nations assigned to the international city usually battled violent street gangs and other criminals as they tried to enounce law and order as well forestall insurgences from taking the city. It was here the Marines would learn many important lessons from William Ewart Fairbairn and the Shanghai police department.

Even though Nelson wouldn't meet Fairbairn directly, Fairbairn had a profound work on on how Nelson would learn to fight. while Fairbairn's time as a police officer in Shanghai, he made an allinclusive study of many Asian martial arts in an effort to originate a straightforward and productive combat martial arts system. He drew heavily on his Judo and Jujutsu experience, and stripped away any unnecessary ritual and movement, revealing a straightforward system for combat called Defendu. In expanding to hand to hand combat training he also taught productive shooting and edged weapons methods (the Fairbairn fighting knife). He would later train spies and commandos in Wwii. Nelson would draw on all of his influences in order to originate his system for self defense, but he always gave prestige to his mentors.

After serving honorably in Wwii which included taking part in the battle of Guadalcanal with the First nautical department Nelson retuned to New York and setup the "Charlie Nelson's School of Self Defense Combat Jujitsu and Karate." At the second floor school on West 72 street in New York City the students would learn how to street fight, and Nelson abandoned traditional martial arts uniforms in favor of street clothes because he said that what population undoubtedly wore when they fought. Every move he taught could be used by anyone regardless of size or strength, and all his training scenarios were grounded in reality based of his investigate into actual crimes. He taught population how to "fight not play games".

Charles Nelson like some many others of his generation is no longer with us, but his work lives on with us in The Red Manual. The book is filled with useful techniques that will work against even the most violent assaults. Nelson makes martial arts practical to for the midpoint population and teaches them how to deal with attackers armed with knives, baseball bats, and even firearms. Even experienced martial artists like former Army Ranger and police officer Carl Cestari was taken down by his dirty fighting techniques by a much older Nelson. Cestari was so impressed he would become certified in Nelson's system and contain many of his techniques in his own. Unfortunately not everybody took observation of Nelson's system, but if population did the criminals would be the ones living in fear. Nelson's methods of self defense are all but forgotten.

There are a few who still teach some of the system handed down by these for fathers of modern day self defense and reality martial arts. One such society is The Self Defense Company. A global network of instructors dedicated to teaching the systems of proven self defense in programs that concentrate these necessary methods of combat with modern day systems of training.

What Are Referral Affiliate Programs and How Can I advantage From Them?

Well to start out I want to by comparison what it means to be an "affiliate" of a inevitable company. By definition affiliate means- "A person, organization, or preparing connected with other as a subordinate, subsidiary, or member"

This basically means that you are connected with Comany "X" and you refer habitancy to that firm straight through whichever means available. Affiliates get paid money every time they refer a customer, prospect, and/or wholesaler into a inevitable company. It doesn't necessarily have to be a firm though...

Book

So as an example lets say that I complete writing a book and I am selling a lot but I'm not satisfied. What I can do is turn my book into a referral affiliate program. What I mean by this is that I will let other habitancy sell my book for me and I will give them a ration of the sale. So if I sold my book for and I offered my affiliates 75% commission, they would receive .50 every time that they sell one of my books. Now remember this is just an example. There are many many referral affiliate programs out there and some are dishonest others are honest and some are just superb. It is just up to you to do some experimentation with them to see what you like the best.

Now back to the interrogate of "What are referral affiliate programs and how can I advantage from them?"

By now you probably have an idea of why they will advantage you but you don't no ifs ands or buts have the how..

You might be thinking to yourself.."well I don't want to spend my time referring habitancy and bothering friends and house just to make a few bucks"...what you don't perceive is that you can add affiliate referral programs as your "funded proposal" step in your attraction marketing sales funnel no matter what stock or service that you are advertising.

A "funded proposal" is something that is offered in your attraction marketing sale funnel before you offer your traditional firm opportunity, product, or service. The "funded proposal" ordinarily is something small and indispensable like a training book, course, or set of videos that the hope or potential buyer will be willing to buy because it is not costly and it will help the hope or buyer a great deal.

Now the challenge here is to find the "perfect" referral affiliate stock or schedule that you would like to set as your "funded proposal" Because having just One good affiliate schedule as your funded proposal will bring you a ton of cash before that customer, prospect, or subscriber even buy your stock or get into your traditional business.

Vital Considerations about Cruises

This is a guide to the most crucial things to reflect on while considering buying cruises. If you use this list then you won't go wrong:-

Book

1. Booking The Right Room on your Cruises
If you need to spend a lot of time in your room, it is leading to ensure you book a larger cabin for each of the cruises you take. If you want a balcony or a room with a window then you will want to book an outside room and not an interior room. If you can afford it, suites give you the luxury of detach bedrooms and sitting areas. To some people the cabin is not leading as they are happy to be out and about using the ships many facilities. But be sure to think about every one of the room choices available and you will not be displeased when you arrive and decree into your cabin.

2. Consider No Fly Cruises
There are many cruises where you need to fly to get to the departure point for your ship. There is any way someone else opportunity. Some people Consider a No fly cruise where the ship leaves from your location and you get to enjoy cruising immediately. One of many positives of No fly cruises is that you do not have the general restrictions on baggage that you would have with a flight. The Pathway

Glory is elaborate in the New International Version dictionary as an indispensable ability of Gods character, Psalm 63:2, his glory is his worthiness. All things about him testifies that he is worthy to receive praise, honor and respect. In the New Testament, Jesus is revealed to be the Lord of glory 1 Corinthians 2:8. In the Bible glory is often connected with glow or splendor Luke 2:9.

In the Book of Psalm 36:9 it is written For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. This verse brings to mind what I saw, the glory of the Lord. As I was looking at the moon, an additional one moon appeared behind it and then an additional one one, up to three and sometimes five moons. All of them showing in a fiery glow or sometimes white and bright. So as I pondered about this and as the Lord what this was, I was led to the Book of Isaiah 60:1 it says Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
This is true, this is the glory of the Lord.

Book

The Vines dictionary says Arise means of a spiritual awakening from lethargy, lethargy means sluggishness, inactivity, laziness and etc. So yes I pray that I cleave to my spiritual calling. In the Book of Proverbs it says in lesson 4:18 The path of righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day. Yes, we must all grow into his Holy Spirit. It says in the Book of Jeremiah 13:16 Give glory to the Lord your God before he brings the darkness, before your feet stumble on the darkening hills. You hope for light, but he will turn it to thick darkness and change it to deep gloom. It says in Isaiah 59:10 Like the blind we grope along the wall, feeling our way like men without eyes. At midday we stumble as if it were twilight; among the strong, we are like the dead. Now this is something to think about!!!

In the Book of Romans it tells us to Love, for the day is near. It says in 13:11 And do this, comprehension the gift time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is approximately here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. The Book of Ephesians tells us to wake up!!! Look at what it says in lesson 5:14 it says; for it is light that makes All things visible. This is why it is said: Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you. In the Book of Colossians it tell us what the Father has done for us it says in lesson 1:13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

What a Blessing it is to have redemption and the forgiveness of our sins, the Lords grace and mercy. Look at what 1 Peter says in lesson 2:9 it says But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a habitancy belonging to God, that you may allege the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his fantastic light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the habitancy of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

In windup look at Proverbs 19:1 it say good a poor man whose walk is blameless than a fool whose lips are perverse. It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, nor to be hasty and miss the way. Lord I pray that we all find the Lords Jesus Christ way of living and loving each other in righteousness.

Look at the Book of Luke 2:9 it says An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone colse to them, and they were terrified. The glory of the Lord was shone to many habitancy in the Bible. The Vines dictionary explains the word glory as meaning glow or splendor, supernatural, emanating from God. What a view to behold!!! It was just standing there in the heavens like the moon but only behind it and shorts distances from one moon to the next. What a blessing!!! What an experience, I hope everybody that succeed Jesus Christ will get to see it.

It says in the Book of John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. The Book of Romans tells us that his imperceptible qualities can be seen. It says in lesson 1:20 For since the creation of the world Gods imperceptible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. Psalms 19:1 says The heavens allege the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. The dictionary tells us that knowledge as the meaning of wisdom, intelligence, communication, revelation, perception, etc. Which brings me back to Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. So I say to all to look up and see the glory of the Lord, because it. Is there. Also in the Book of John in lesson 14:15 it says If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you an additional one advisor to be with you forever-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. Also in the Book of John it says in lesson 6:57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feed on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefather ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.

Let us all arise and see the glory of the Lord, let us all have a spiritual awakening from lethargy, lethargy means sluggishness, inactivity, laziness, etc. The Bible tells us that it appears over you, so please take a look. You will see him as John 14:15 clearly states. And let us all find the pathway to his kingdom with glow or splendor of the Lord Almighty Jesus Christ.

Always Remember To Read Your Bible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check Out The Red Church

The Red Church Overview

A boy and a sheriff must solve the mystery of a haunted Appalachian church when a strange preacher returns to town. Stoker Award finalist.

THE RED CHURCH

For 13-year-old Ronnie Day, life is full of problems: Mom and Dad have separated, his brother Tim is a constant pest, Melanie Ward either loves him or hates him, and Jesus Christ won't stay in his heart. Plus he has to walk past the red church every day, where the Bell Monster hides with its wings and claws and livers for eyes. But the biggest problem is that Archer McFall is the new preacher at the church, and Mom wants Ronnie to attend midnight services with her.

Sheriff Frank Littlefield hates the red church for a different reason. His little brother died in a freak accident at the church twenty years ago, and now Frank is starting to see his brother's ghost. And the ghost keeps demanding, "Free me." People are dying in Whispering Pines, and the murders coincide with McFall's return.

The Days, the Littlefields, and the McFalls are descendants of the original families that settled the rural Appalachian community. Those old families share a secret of betrayal and guilt, and McFall wants his congregation to prove its faith. Because he believes he is the Second Son of God, and that the cleansing of sin must be done in blood.

"Sacrifice is the currency of God," McFall preaches, and unless Frank and Ronnie stop him, everybody pays.
